Internally, there is a clubroom, kitchenette, 2 guest suites, fitness room and wellness centre with a sauna, solarium and whirlpool. Outside there is an orangery, play area and bocciabahn.

From 2018, monthly costs will be approximately 1700 chf. This is comprehensive covering maintenance, renewal fund and utility bills.
Billed half-yearly, maintenance and renewal fees are paid up to 2018. In addition, the renewal fund is now topped up to pre-renovation levels.
