Comprised of 3 buildings, the Buechlipark development offers a perfect balance between community living and privacy. With a live-in Hauswart, you can be reassured that the complex is well maintained and secured year-round.

The maintenance programme is comprehensive and offers good value for money, run by the residents themselves. 2013 saw an external renovation of the entire complex with updated waterproofing and weatherproofing.

Homeowners own their share of the gardens, a 4.5 room apartment, private lakeside beach, 8 person boat and boathouse. Internally, there is a clubroom, kitchenette, 2 guest suites, fitness room and wellness centre with a sauna, solarium and whirlpool. Outside there is an orangery, play area and bocciabahn.

From 2018, monthly costs will be approximately 1700 chf. This is comprehensive covering maintenance, renewal fund and utility bills.
Billed half-yearly, maintenance and renewal fees are paid up to 2018. In addition, the renewal fund is now topped up to pre-renovation levels.
